There are several words for love.

η αγάπη  love, generally speaking

ο έρωτας  a passionate love

η στοργή  a gentle love, family love

If the feeling is right and the timing is OK and you have the courage, you might want to say:

Σε θέλω   I want you 

For men: Είμαι ερωτευμένος μαζί σου. I am in love with you.

For women: Είμαι ερωτευμένη μαζί σου. I am in love with you

Μ'αρέσεις πολύ  I like you very much

Λατρεύω τα μάτια σου! I adore your eyes!

Θέλω να κάνουμε έρωτα. I want to make love to you.

Είσαι ωραίος. You are beautiful. ( if you tell it to a man)

Είσαι ωραία. You are beautiful. ( if you tell it to a woman)

If you are in love but also you have time and money

Θέλεις να βγούμε έξω; Do you want to go out with me?

Ελα στο σπίτι μου, να πιούμε φραπέ! Come to my place, we can drink ice coffee!

Ελα στο σπίτι μου, θα σου μαγειρέψω ένα βραδινό. Come to my place, I'll cook a dinner.
